Sheriff Sale Representation

Law firms and mortgage lenders rely on our sheriff sale representation at mortgage foreclosure auctions in Minnesota. As the plaintiff's representative, we act on their behalf.

Our sheriff sale representative will personally appear at the foreclosure auction and place the opening bid. This will protect your clients', the mortgage lenders' interest in the foreclosed property to be sold.

You can continue working on other projects by sending our sheriff sales representative to attend the foreclosure sale on your behalf. Our service includes recording the Sheriff's Certificate of Sale.
